TICKET POLICY
Tickets are non-refundable. Exchanges may be made, according to availability, for season ticket holders only, at the Walt Disney Concert Hall box office. Exchanges must be made 24 hours in advance for a concert within the same Cal Phil series and year. Exchanges not honored for concerts that have already occurred. The California Philharmonic reserves the right to refuse admission and refund purchase price or eject any person who is deemed disorderly or fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.
REFRESHMENTS & DINING
Refreshments are available for purchase onsite at the Concert Hall Café. There are many dining options in the area, including Patina, Fifth Floor and Kendall’s Brasserie, all of which are located in the Music Center.
DIRECTIONS & PARKING
Directions
Getting to Walt Disney Concert Hall is easy. Parking at the venue is even easier. The building is marvelous, both acoustically and architecturally. Add the unique nature of California Philharmonic concerts to the mix and you have the best possible music and entertainment combination going.
Harbor (110 North) Exit on Fourth Street. Continue straight to lower Grand, turn left. Pass Kosciuszko Way, turn left into the WDCH parking lot.
Hollywood (101 North) From 101 North, exit on Grand Avenue, just before the 110 interchange. Turn right onto Grand. Turn right on Second Street and right into the parking lot. Or, from Grand, turn left on First, right on Olive, right on Kosciuszko, right on Lower Grand, left into the main WDCH parking entrance.
Hollywood (101 South) From 101 South, exit at Temple St., going straight across Temple St. onto Hope St. Turn left at Second Place, from the middle lane veer left onto Kosciuszko Place, left at lower Grand, left into the WDCH parking lot.
Pasadena (110 South) Exit on Hill Street. Continue past Temple to First Street, turn right. Left on Olive, right on Kosciuszko, right on Lower Grand, left into the WDCH parking lot.
Santa Ana (5 North) From the 5 North, take 101 North and exit at Grand Avenue, just before the 110 interchange. Turn right onto Grand. Turn right on Second Street and right into the parking lot. Or, from Grand, turn left on First, right on Olive, right on Kosciuszko, right on Lower Grand, left into the main WDCH parking entrance.
Golden State (5 South) From the 5 South, take 110 South, exit on Hill Street. Continue past Temple to First Street, turn right. Left on Olive, right on Kosciuszko, right on Lower Grand, left into the WDCH parking lot.
Santa Monica (10 East) From the 10 East take 110 North, exit on 4th Street. Continue straight to lower Grand, turn left. Past Kosciuszko Way, turn left into the WDCH parking lot.
San Bernardino (10 West) From the 10 West, take 101 North and exit at Grand Avenue, just before the 110 interchange. Turn right onto Grand. Turn right on Second Street and right into the parking lot. Or, from Grand, turn left on First, right on Olive, right on Kosciuszko, right on Lower Grand, left into the main WDCH parking entrance.
PARKING
Self Parking: $9
Parking is available directly beneath Walt Disney Concert Hall. Enter on Second Street or Lower Grand Avenue. Regular parking costs $9 (CASH ONLY upon entry) beginning at 5:00 p.m. for evening concerts; two hours before weekday matinees; and all day on weekends. Both the Second Street and Lower Grand entrances will be open 6:00am to midnight, Monday through Friday, and 7:00am to midnight on Saturday and Sunday.
Valet Parking: $23
Valet parking is Accessible via northbound traffic only, turning right into the garage from Hope Street between First and Second Streets. Valet rate is $23 (CASH ONLY upon entry). Recommended theater for this location is the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The Hope Street valet will open three hours before each concert.
Accessible Parking: $9
Parking is available for vehicles displaying valid, state-issued disability parking placards in both The Music Center and Walt Disney Concert Hall self-park garages. In The Music Center garage, parking for these vehicles is available on levels two and four. In the Walt Disney Concert Hall garage, parking for these vehicles is located on levels three and four.
Valet rate for vehicles displaying valid, state-issued disability parking placards is $9 in the Hope Street Carriage Port, and $23 in the Founders Circle Parking Garage.
Box Office Parking
To make your ticket purchases and pick-up easier, the Box Office will validate for 30 minutes free parking in the Music Center Garage. Please obtain a validation stamp from the ticket seller. Regular daily parking rates will apply after 30 minutes. The regular rate before 6 p.m. is $17.

GO METRO
Enjoy Cal Phil at Walt Disney Concert Hall without worrying about traffic or paying for parking—just take the Metro! Take the Red Line to the Civic Center station and exit at 1st Street. Walt Disney Concert Hall is just two blocks east of the station exit on First street. It doesn’t get any simpler than that.

Children are welcome
We welcome children, however please follow concert etiquette and be prepared to take your child from the audience as a courtesy to others, if necessary. All patrons regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the hall.
Accessibility
Spaces for vehicles displaying valid, state-issued disability parking placards or license plates are reserved near the elevators on each level. Accessible Valet Parking is available on Hope Street.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in Walt Disney Concert Hall.
Ticketing
Walt Disney Concert Hall is both the premiere concert venue in Southern California and the architectural jewel of Los Angeles. The California Philharmonic brings its signature style of concert presentation and world class performance to this exciting venue for five unforgettable Sunday afternoons. We’ve got ticket-purchasing options for everyone, from online to in-person. For purchasing tickets the day of the concert, Walt Disney Concert Hall box office opens 2 hours prior to showtime. Concerts begin at 2:00 pm.

Student rush tickets
One ticket may be purchased with one valid student ID one hour prior to showtime. Student tickets are $20 for any available seat. Student rush tickets cannot be purchased in advance. Student rush tickets are subject to availability.
